We Need To Do Better

All of the hands are reaching toward something. That “something” in my mind is a better world, or peace, but it is ultimately up to the viewer. The concept of the piece is that we need to do better.

We need to do better for ourselves, for one another, for students, for the planet, for minorities, for humanity. There are so many problems in the world that are simply pushed aside. There are so many people dying and suffering for just trying to be who they are. There are so many people just trying to get by who are being denied basic human rights.

We all need help from one another.

We just need to do better.
