NEWESD 101 manages the regional Instructional Technology Cooperative, coordinating the consortium purchase of online library and media services for member districts. In addition to basic service resources, members have options for purchasing subscriptions to online streaming media libraries, reading resources and discounts on a variety of professional development programs.
All fees below were approved by the Instructional Technology Cooperative Advisory on March 10, 2022.

Basic: District-wide membership
Basic Membership fees do not include the State Library Office's Gale suite of online databases, those are now an optional resource and can be added to Basic membership services.
District FTE 1-100..............$ 120. per district
District FTE 101-1,200......... 270. per district
District FTE 1,200-5,000.......335. per district
District FTE 5,001-15,000.....535. per district
District FTE over 15,000.......735. per district
NOTE: District FTE will be calculated using February 2022 reports.
