The Odessa School District is seeking an outstanding 6-12 principal/Athletic Director with an understanding of the challenges and benefits related to managing a small, rural middle/high school.
The OSD provides public education to approximately 220 students in grades P-12 who live in the 631 square mile area of Lincoln, Grant and Adams counties. The school district offers small class sizes, an exceptional teaching staff and excellent support from the local community.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $108,000-$114,000/year. Benefits include medical (with vision), dental, life, long-term disability, sick and personal leave, and participation in Washington state retirement.
