NEWESD 101's second annual Regional School Safety Summit will be held Aug. 1-2, 8 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Spokane Convention Center.
Educators, law enforcement and mental health professionals are invited to meet with national and local experts in the fields of threat assessment, school safety, mental health and trauma-informed practices.
Participants will gain actionable strategies and enhanced knowledge in the pursuit of safer, healthier schools and communities.
A post-conference training on digital threat assessment will be held on Aug. 3, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
